- Check ins before 14.00 are EARLY CHECK IN: We can begin with the check in and you can leave the lugage at the reception place and take a relaxing time at the pool area while waiting. In case the room is free, we can give it to you with no problem.
Check in register: we need your pasports or ID and your signature for the register. In case you haven´t done it in advance with our ONLINE CHECK

Check out: maximium at 11.00h
- Early check out: If you have to leave the house very early in the morning, please come to the recpetion the day before and we can say good bye! In case there are some extras, you can pay them; you can also reserve an early breakfast to take away. You can leave the keys at the recpetion desk or in your room before leaving! Hoping you have had a nice stay in Mlallorca and hoping to see you soon.
- If you want to stay in our place while waiting for your flight... please infom us at the reception: there is no porblme until 14.00h. You can leave the luggage in our changing pool rooms while you enjoy your lasts moments at SA VInya des Convent.
- If you would like to have a late check in: we must wait for concret availability the last day, it has extra cost and max, stay in the room is until 17.00. This option must be asked for the day before check
How to get to our place:
- Highway Palma- Alcudia: exit 27, direction Inca
- At the right side you will see a big parking place: we are at the corner!
- There is a code to come in: please call us and we will give you the code. 1245#
FROM THE AIRPORT:

- SHUTTLE BUS: During season from May to October: AEROTIB A32

RENT A CAR:
- There are lots of companies to rent a car in the airport: some of them are: Multiauto, Sixt, Hertz, Clickrent. OK Mobility...
- Close to us there is a company forrenting cars: AUTO PC INCA
- If you want us to check availability and prices in some companies which can bring a delivery car to our place, the service cost is 50 € and we need some information: dates ( from-to), place ( from-to), Pasport and driving licence and we will arrange a rent a car for you. the prices are dinamic and it is more expensive in high season also delivery service has extra cost. MINIMUM 3 Days of renting.
